Attorney Steven Bertolino, representing a local business, J. Nazzaro Partnership, presented an application to the Islip Town Planning Board last Thursday for property located on Brentwood Road in Bay Shore. The plan is to redevelop the property to include a gas station and 7-Eleven. After hearing the complaints of residents and business owners in the area, the board voted to reserve a decision in order to address those issues.
