The Islip Breast Cancer Coalition and the Town of Islip joined forces last Sunday morning to host the second annual Miles for Hope 5K Run/Walk. The proceeds from this event will go to help those in the 19 hamlets in the town who are in treatment for breast cancer and other women’s cancers.
