The first-ever Chamber Cup Kickball Tournament, organized by the Patchogue Chamber’s Fitness & Wellness Committee, will bring the community together for a day of friendly competition and community spirit.
The Chamber Cup Kickball Tournament will take place at Sipp Avenue Fields on Sunday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is the first time this event is happening, and it guarantees a day full of action, friendships and a lot of community pride, regardless of your level of experience playing kickball or whether you simply want to have fun.
All chamber businesses, their staff, families, and friends are welcome to attend. It’s a perfect opportunity to build connections while interacting with the community.
Businesses can assemble a full team of 10 to 12 players for $150, or anyone can sign up individually for $20 per person and be included in a mixed chamber squad. Everyone can participate and compete for the Chamber Cup Trophy, the ultimate prize.
A round-robin format will guarantee that each team has several opportunities to compete before advancing to the championship games, where the Chamber Cup championship will be up for grabs. But it’s not just about winning. The purpose of the day is to honor collaboration, public health, and the joy of group exercise.
The day will have a lot of local flair in addition to the games. You can expect team enthusiasm, laughter on the sidelines, and even some creative team attire. Visitors are encouraged to join in the cheering and feel the spirit of the community coming together.
This event will take place at the Sipp Avenue Fields, which were kindly provided by NPMYAC Little League. Both businesses and individuals are also encouraged to become sponsors to support fitness programs and community initiatives throughout the year.
