Brookhaven Town supervisor Dan Panico sent out a hearty congratulations to Oyster Bay Town supervisor Joseph Saladino and the Massapequa High School Chiefs varsity football team after the Chiefs 42 to 40 victory over the William Floyd High School Colonials varsity football team in their Nov. 30th Division 1 Long Island Championship game. Panico will treat Saladino to lunch at Mama Lisa’s Italian Restaurant in Mastic, and will make a generous donation to Saladino’s designated charity. “There is, however, going to be a different outcome next year,” said Panico.
